All home-made dishes with high quality products and the kitchen know-how of our young, talented chef Christophe Prosperi are our super-powers. Our work is our passion, our guests are our focus and Simbiosa is the result of this.
Our dishes are based on 80% vegan ingredients. We believe that a change in meat and dairy consumption has to happen for both ethical and ecological reasons , but we also believe that this doesn’t have to mean that everybody must become strictly vegan. We decided to create a kitchen for everybody, including meat and fish as ‘high quality condiments’.
